I worked at DragonCon Atlanta this labor day weekend and This guys cosplay as a ghostbuster was the best one out of all the ghostbuster cosplays I saw. His pack had actual moving pixel, moving lights that read "Who Ya Gonna Call?" and he had lights that were blinking and actually working. I asked him how he made it and he had said that he did all of the wiring himself. Even when he used the vacuum pump, it had a lamp turn on inside of the nozzle.
