The lights in an airport vary depending on the time of day. I'm staying in MCO a few hours before my flight since I had to catch the last bus of the night and I arrived around 9pm. The lights were all on and bright, most of the shops began to close so I sat and used my computer to get done some classwork. Around 11 or so the main lights in the food court shut off and every single light in store went out. Starting at 11 till 11:30 I noticed that the recessed lighting began to dim more and more subtly until it stopped and stayed where they were. The airport is now extremely calm and I noticed that if the brighter lights would have been on, that it would feel pretty empty since there aren't people constantly running around the airport.
